Quality circles– It refers to the formation of a group of technical personnel to discuss the existing techniques and procedures and to suggest changes in the techniques and methods to improve the quality in the company. QC’s are an important method of ensuring worker s participation as well as in improvement and maintaining of quality standards in the organization.
