Some people just ensure that they make it a point to let us know that there is no place in this world for good people. Yes we are taken for granted and there are no limits to how far that can go. A valuable lesson I learnt today was about Workplace harassment!

No the misconception attached to this word goes out to people who harass subordinates, but at times when we come across subordinates who harass us, it’s awful isn’t it?

Well being unprofessional or friendly even for a moment in the work place is something that you shouldn’t try is what my interns taught me. I feel amazed at the kind of behavior they have displayed.

It’s funny you know I mean, how are these people going to make great professionals if at such an early phase of their lives they have such ego issues?

It’s time for change, it’s time I put my foot down and said my way or the highway because some people have taught me that it is the only way we can deal with them.

Internships are not bad, being a caring and concerned person isn’t bad either but when people make sure that they are awful in return, putting up with them is a mistake we make.

Being good is a crime, people eventually find a way to make you regret your understanding and helpful nature! Maybe that’s a sign of learning to be the better manager for life!
