Bollywood is the Indian cinema called as the Hindia film industry. Bollywood is said to be bigger than Hollywood in terms of making movies. Unlike the English Movies, in Bollywood movies there is more music, dancing, love and some dialogues that’s it. But still Indians like watching movies. To make a bollywood movie successful just have a superstar actor and actress who would wear a bikini and do some kissing scenes and have a dance and a dialog and the movie will break records. Bollywood movies have been like that and this trend is increasing. In earlier days we used to have great movies with real stories but now in the modern India it seems that if you have a good story, your movie will fail. There have been some of the best and must watch movies inrecent times bollywood like 3 Idiots, A Wednesday, Lagaan, Munnabhai, etc who also have found success but these are few as compared to movies which found success by just showing a sexual or intimidating scene, dance etc.
Bollwood has degraded women. It has become more of industry where you degrade integrity of women and the film becomes popular and one reason is also because Indians like watching this stuff. I think film makers think that youth only like that stuff but I think the Indian youth is mature enough to watch movies and make a difference between good and bad.
I think the bollywood film makers should understand that not everyone wants to watch movies having abusive words, sexual scenes, dirty dialogs and dirty jokes. They are destroying the Indian culture where there was respect for women. Filmmakers should choose ‘Story’ and not ‘Sex’.
