In this sector we find different categories of organizations. Some of the organizations are known as charitable organizations, some of them are cultural/ social organizations, some of them are industrial and many of them are profit making and many are philanthropic and many of them are related to trade and commerce. It is natural that the needs and requirements vis-à-vis the level of expectations cant be identical in all cases. To satisfy and to increase the market share it is imperative that the banking organizations are familiar with changing needs and requirements.
