Foundation of Human Skills or Organizational Behavior focuses on the individuals and groups in a firm act the way they do. Individual mechanisms include job satisfaction, stress, motivation, trust, justice and ethics, learning and decision making. Individual characteristics include: personality and cultural values, ability. Group mechanisms include: team processes and communication, team characteristics and diversity, leader power and negotiation, leader styles and behavior. Organizational mechanisms include: organizational culture and organizational structure.
