3)To get flexible:-You should definately try to pave a way to a  flexible body which is a great sign.

4)To rejuveneate yourself:-feel refreshed and rejuveneated after  exercise and feel better about yourself and everything around too.

5)To relive your wardrobe:-Wish to relive your wardrobe which doesn’t fit you anymore?Exercise,lose oodles of weight and leave everyone tongue-tied and flabbergasted.
