ESOP- Employee Stock Option Plan
This is to providing the shares of the company to the employees as an appreciation of their efforts by making them (sh. holders) owner of the company. The benefit must be availed (make use) by the employees in the form of dividend on shares received by him and in some cases employee may also sell the share in the market and obtain the market value of the share.
