1. Persons with a developed personality are cultured, civilised, courteous, refined and well mannered, and are of pleasant nature.
2. They remain in a peaceful state at all times through friendly behaviour with everyone. As a result, they remain in a equanimous state and become even sighted. When they have equanimity (Sam Bhav), there can be no question of negativity in their thoughts.
3. They consider their duty to cultivate “Sajjan Bhav” (Gentlemanliness) in all the people so as to keep everybody united.
4. They are individuals with good moral character and integrity.
5. They serve as role models.
6. They keep their thoughts, speech and action transparent at all times.
7. They believe that their thoughts, speech and actions are diverted for the welfare of others.
8. Persons with developed personality are wise enough to distinguish between good and bad.
9. They have developed intellect – the power of human being to easily and correctly distinguish between true or false, good or bad, virtues and vices. Through the effective use of intellect, one is able to acquire true knowledge of everything. They are therefore called intellectuals and judicious.
10. They have tender heart and they always remain in a joyful state. Their behaviour is governed by ethics.
Ultimately, a person with developed personality sees the SELF in all human beings and all beings in SELF In such a situation, a person is called an enlightened soul.
