One can stay focused only if you do the work which interests you. Do not do anything for the sake of doing as you may not do it with your whole heart, your interest matters in whatever you do.

Planning a schedule for the week or day can make you feel focused as everything is planned the level of stress is low, so you can focus on your work properly. Give importance to work that needs to be done first.
Manage your time
Managing time comes along with the planning of work. Fix up time for each work you have planned to do and try to finish that work within the time limit.
Power of positivity
Positive thoughts always helps you keep focused, develop in you the habit of positivity and it will help you reach your goal.
Control your mind
Fix it in your mind a simple mantra like “I can, I will, I must”. You can have your own unique mantra that can motivate you to stay focused.
