>>BALANCED DIET: We have all heard of the importance of balance diet little did we know about the benefits of the same in cancer prevention. A balanced diet goes a long way .However, INCLUDE a lot of grape fruit ,vitamin. E enriched products like peanuts, berries ,sweet potatoes  vitamin d enriched products like wild salmon in your diet.

>>EXERCISE: Exercise always paves a way for an healthy individual however do strive to get at least 150/ 75 minutes of rigorous exercise per week.

>>DON’T USE TOBACCO: smoking is linked to various types of cancer — including cancer of the lung, bladder, cervix and kidney. And chewing tobacco has been linked to cancer of the oral cavity and pancreas. And also consuming second hand smoke might increase the risk.

>>REDUCE CELLPHONE RISKS: Use your cell phone only for short calls or texts, or use a hands-free device that keeps the phone—and the radio frequency energy it emits—away from your head. IF that’s maybe too much make sure you don’t keep your phone next to you while sleeping.

>> BE POSITIVE: it’s true happiness does keep the illness at bay!
