Techniques to retain Employees in the Organization


The leader is the one who search for an best people for the organization give them the training and retain them for a long time with all technique of motivation. It is rightly said by Peter Drucker No institution can possibly survive if it needs geniuses or supermen to manage it. It must be organized in such a way as to be able to get along under a leadership composed of average human beings. Many company spend a lot of expenses on the employees by giving them variety of fringe benefits thus to get the return on the investment made on employees of the firm. There are three ways how to keep the competent employee safe in organization. Its goes in following way.

 Trust the team:- It is rightly said by Jack Welch “If you pick the right people and give them the opportunity to spread their wings and put compensation as a carrier behind it you almost don’t have to manage them. Give your people the opportunity to use their unique strengths every day. Allow them to do what they are best at.

 Make connections. Connection brings the business to the organization. The leader must take a survey of the key employees who are trying to establish connection and bringing business. Avoid private or sensitive topics unless your employee brings them up.

 Respect individuality. The employees must be awarded with te kind of the performance they give and give them the monetary and non monetary benefits and perks which give satisfaction to there needs
