Project Report:
When the entire plan with necessary details of the project is noted in a written document, it is called as Project Report. A project Report is like a blue print of a building prepared by an architect. Properly planned project brings safety to the project and ensures orderly completion of the whole project. Even modifications in the proposed project are also possible when complete blue print of the project is available.
A Project Report is generally prepared by a team of experts such as engineers, technicians, and financial experts. While granting the loans, at present, many financial institutions and banks insist on project report from the company.
A Project Report should be self explanatory and complete document. It should contain full details of project. For this, charts, tables, maps and drawings etc, need to be attached to the report.
