Over the last decade, Kishinchand Chellaram College (or KC College as it is popularly known) has carved a reputable niche for itself, especially in the mass media department. The college also prides itself in its research programmes and is the only institution in Mumbai to offer research in radio chemistry.
Kishinchand Chellaram College was established in 1954 under the aegis of the Hyderabad (Sind) National Collegiate Board. The RD National College was the first of the board’s institutions and KC was the second.
