De-registration
Ans: A Small-Scale Unit can be de-registered, if the unit remain closed for a period exceeding one year or if the unit fails or refuses or avoids to give full and truthful information called upon by registering authority from time to time and particular the half yearly report or If it is proved that the unit has mis-utilised the raw materials allocated to it.
