The students of Wilson College B.M.S.decided to raise their voices against this appalling trend of blatant violation of a woman’s right to equality and to stop female infanticide on the 28th of July at Girgaum, Chowpatty beach.The campaign is aptly named “Dance for a Life”. An individual’s voice may not echo but with over 4000 youngsters chanting a similar moral, the echoes will ring through the by-lanes of Mumbai.
Hence making this the biggest Flashmob the country has ever seen.
With everyone that joined in the FlashMob we donated a certain amount of money to “Bal Bhavan”, an all girls orphanage.
