We are India’s first exclusive kids bounce house rental company specializing in creating clean and safe, party and play zones for kids at their door step. Jumporee’s motto is safety first and safety always.

Jumporee (www.facebook.com/jumporeeindia) has a wide variety of inflatables to choose from (castles, bouncies, slides and obstacles) based on the customer’s requirement. On the event day, our trained staff will create a fun play zone with the rented inflatables, monitor kids and let them have some pure fun, all at their door step.

Jumporee bounce houses are created specifically for kids keeping in mind their safety and fun factor. They conform to US and European standards and are lead-free. Our bouncies and slides are of commercial grade quality for safety, durability and reliability. We clean and disinfect our bouncies before and after every event. For safe operation of the inflatables, we have obtained advanced certification from the most reputed training institute (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Institute) from US.

  • What is your philosophy towards work?

Have confidence in whatever you do and never give up. Believe in yourself and work hard. Great ideas that solve critical problems will succeed at any cost.

  • Whom do you admire as your role model? And why?

My parents are my role models. Their patience, hard word and their struggle have brought me a long way and have taught me to overcome most of my challenges in running my day to day business. Also, my husband’s role is immeasurable. His confidence in the business idea and his support has helped me to grow this business to this level. He is my mentor, advisor, critique and guide.

  • “Management is core to every individual, organization & society.” Give your views on it.

Management plays a significant role in every aspect of our life. According to me people management is the most challenging and critical one. If that is done well, then the organization can create wonders.

  • Name 3 qualities of prime importance that a businessman should possess.

Confidence and willpower (never lose hope and believe in yourself)
Truthfulness and reliability
Customer service

  • According to you, what are the challenges for Entrepreneurship today?

In my case, it was very pessimistic views from various people about the idea as a whole and especially about a woman running a business dominated by men, especially in India. The kind of support any entrepreneur receives at the initial stage is poor and more so for a woman entrepreneur.

But the entrepreneurial climate we have today is by far the best I’ve seen in India and is gaining momentum because of the surge in number of people getting into business leaving their plush jobs.

  • Can Entrepreneurship be taught in B-Schools/Management Institutes/Colleges?

B-schools can teach financing, financial modeling & HR management but they can’t teach entrepreneurship as it has to be learnt by experience. Each and every business is unique and the challenges faced are unique to that particular startup. Hence, I strongly believe entrepreneurship cannot be learned from text books. Entrepreneur has to evolve by experiencing it.

  • Is the Name of the Institute from where a student pursues his/her Graduation/Post Graduation or other courses important while setting up your business?

Doesn’t matter where or which institute you are from and what you have studied. According to me, entrepreneurs have unique traits and their mind set differ from other individuals. It is a born trait than an acquired one. There are several entrepreneurs who have succeeded without going to college.

  • Do you think today’s economy is conducive for a new venture to start upon?

Yes, it is conducive and favorable than it was a few years ago.

  • “Earning more & more is the motive behind any business.” Is it justifiable?

Anything started for mere money making will not last. Their motive and mission will be to make money rather than customer service. Earning more is important for sustaining the business after the startup stage but at the startup level, business should focus on building their brand, providing reliable and excellent customer service and earning customer trust. Once the customer trust is earned, no one can stop the money flow.

  • Share with us the most enjoyable moment you had experienced on work.

Each and every party is an enjoyable one for me. I enjoy the most when I see the smile on the face of the children and when they refuse to get down from our bouncy.

  • Your feedback for BMS.co.in?

Kudos to BMS for your excellent service. Especially, by covering businesses like ours you are providing a great opportunity for us to introduce our business to the world.  It is a great encouragement and motivation for us to do better.
