Workmen Compensation Act
Ans: Workmen’s Compensation Act 1923 provide for payment by employers to their workmen as compensation of injury by accident with the Installation of machinery operated by motive power. Many a times worker lose their fingers, hand, feet and in some cases they lose their life while working on machinery in the factory. This leads to loss of earning power. It Is expected from the employers to compensate the worker or his dependent.
