Why Health Should Be First Priority Of Every Individual?

What is health? WHO defines Health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. In today’s developing world where everyone is busy with their profession, they forget the most important person of their lives “Themselves”.

A person should not be proud about his wealth because there is no success in earning huge money if you won’t be in a position to make use of it.”Health is Wealth” therefore Health should be the first priority of an individual as it affects the ability of a person to withstand his day to day tasks.

For good health doctors suggest healthy eating and working out for building immunity in our body. Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, stabilizing your mood, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible. Our bodies were meant to move, they actually crave exercise. Regular exercise is therefore necessary for physical fitness, improving your appearance and delaying the aging process. It reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes and other diseases.

A good health is therefore required by any individual to stay strong and overcome his daily tenures. Being strong enough to deal with your problems, what else is that you desire??
