Decision Maker : It is most important component in decision making process. The decision maker must have good understanding of the decision problem. He may also be referred to as policy maker or decision maker. The decision maker means and individual or a group of individuals responsible for decision making i.e. to select an appropriate course of action amongst the available courses of action.
