The following some of the shortcomings of EDP:
(i) There are no standard courses curricula even in terms of broad modules.
(ii) The institutional commitment is low.
(iii) Training institutions do not show much concern for the objective identification and selection of entrepreneurs and also the follow-up of training.
(iv) The literature provided in the Entrepreneurial Development Programme is out-dated and insufficient.
