Stages of Induction Process

Induction Process :

The following steps may be identified as the stages of induction process from the earlier discussions.

1. Reporting for duty at a certain place to the head of the department concerned.
2. The head of the department welcomes hew employee.
3. Introduction to the organization heavy the head of the department.
4. Organizational head introduces, to important employees and describes about the organization.
5. Departmental head introduces to all the employees of the department, describes the department, total work of the department
6. Supervisor concerned introduces to his co-workers in that section to the job,  material, machine.
7. Providing information about the duties, responsibilities, right, facilities, provisions, welfare measures etc.
8. Supervisor clarifies doubt of the new employee about the work.
