On Tuesday, Suspended Mumbai University professor Dr. Neeraj Hatekar inaugrated his ‘open-air’ roadside classes for 40 students (both girls and boys). Prof. Neeraj started his ‘open-air’ lectures on economics, econometrics, micro-economics, game theory etc. outside the varsity premises. 40 girls and boys listened to him sitting cross-legged on newspaper sheets put on the footpath alongwith a street dog who was seen walking around during the class. The classes will be held daily between 3pm to 5pm.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and students continue supporting the professor who was served a suspension notice by the Mumbai University for allegedly speaking against the management to the media.
