Telugu actor Uday Kiran committed suicide in his flat at Srinagar colony, Punjagutta in Hyderabad on Sunday night.

The actor was alone at home and hanged himself while his wife Vishita, whom he married just few months ago, was not at home and gone to Manikonda for some personal work.

It was when his wife tried to contact Uday Kiran in his mobile phone, he didn’t respond to her calls, she grew suspicious and immediately rushed home and found his body hanging to the ceiling in a room.

Even after the neighbours rushed the actor to Apollo Hospitals in Jubille Hills, the doctors declared him brought dead.

The reasons for such drastic step is unknown and friends and fans of Uday Kiran are reeling from the shock of his suicide, asking, “Why?”.

Is it because of the frustration and despair that comes as a part and parcel of the glamour life?

 

Uday Kiran’s Films:

Uday Kiran completed 13 years in the film industry and His first 3 films ChitramNuvvu Nenu and Manasantha Nuvve were big hits at the big office and subsequently, he also starred in romantic films like Nee Sneham and Kalusukovalani.

In 2001, he became the youngest winner of the Filmfare best actor award after Kamal Hasan. He won the Filmfare Award for Best Actor – Telugu for the film Nuvvu Nenu.

He also performed as an actor in other films like SreeramAvunanna KaadannaNuvvekaddunte Nenakkadunta and Jai Sriram.
