There are various types of workout one can do they are as follows

  1. Cardio
  2. Upper body workout
  3. Lower body workout
  4. Ab workout
  5. Aerobics
  6. Zumba
  7. kickboxing
  8. Weight lifting and weight training so on and so forth.

All these workouts are good for your body. It keeps you fit and healthy. It helps you burn those fats and extra calories. We all have different body type and all require to workout in order to stay fit and hale and hearty. It’s not necessary to do all these types of workout but in order to keep you fit, they are

  • You can do simple things too like taking the stairs instead of using the lift.
  • Instead of cabbing it out you can walk it out
  • Go cycling instead of riding your scooty.
  • Skipping, cycling, jogging and brisk walking too is a type of workout
  • Working out at home also helps
  • 100 jumps in the morning helps.

There are so many things that benefit you. A workout can change your life. If you are obese, overweight or you have high cholesterol you tend to pant for breath even if you walk or climb the slope. You get tired easily. It is a sign that you need to develop a healthy lifestyle and you need to start working out. You don’t need to necessarily do rigorous workout and stress yourself and your heart. You need just the right workout depending on your body type and your fitness goals whether you aim to lose weight or gain muscle. When I first started working out I used to get tired quiet often. Slowly I realized that my fitness stamina has increased and I enjoyed working out because it benefited my health. A workout can make you happy and healthy and keeps your mind body and soul fit. Yoga keeps your mind fit meditation too helps a lot. A feeling of enthusiasm was what I noticed in myself. When you work out you no longer feel tired or bored. You are filled with a sense of positivity. A healthy body keeps a healthy mind.

Skinny is not also in, especially when it comes to boys. Boys rather men are supposed to look manly and need to have macho looks. It isn’t compulsory but most men love to look good. They workout in the gym but does cardio make you build muscles no! Cardio is done for weight loss and weight training or rather weight lifting is the right thing to gain muscles. Some trainers recommend having protein powders as well in order to gain muscles and the right protein. You may work out a lot but diet matters. Thus to have a good physique workout and diet is important. A friend of mine was really fat around 89 kgs he had a built body but had extra fat. He looked 10 years elder than his actual age. When he started gymming combined cardio and weight training today he looks handsome and is so fit. Gymming is his passion and he doesn’t skip gyming he will skip a meal but gym never. His inspiration, dedication and hard work paid off and showed which inspires a lot of people.

A workout should be such that it should motivate you to work out more and harder every day. It should be such that inspires others. It should be one that sets an example to others. There’s nothing greater than someone telling you that ‘you are my idol’ and it is ‘because of you that I didn’t give up’. A workout changes your entire personality and perception about fitness, people and health. You work out at home or at the gym, at fitness class or your college, a workout is a workout. Remember you are doing it for your body. You are doing it for your own health and your own benefit. Sometimes you got to prove some evil people who keep bringing your morale down by saying you can’t do it. Keep such people in mind and try to work out harder. Don’t let them ever win. This time the game is in your hands. There are so many players all are against you, your parents, and your enemies sometimes your friends and you are standing alone. You have to win, this time it’s you against so many. Do whatever it takes to win but do not cheat.

Every exercise that you do is painful but it will only make you stronger each time and despite the pain you will see the results. Just remember it takes time. Everything that is beautiful has taken its time to be created that way. Doesn’t worry about the results just do your bit? Your workout changes your life. If you get fit you may be offered modelling contracts or photo shoots. Even if your dream isn’t becoming a model you could be called as a motivational speaker, to speak about how you believed and you could do it.

If you have the will you can do it. With a determined mind heart and body you can conquer the world. A workout can make you feel lighter, stress-free and so very positive. Logistics work like picking something and dropping it at another location somewhere close can also be considered a workout as long as you sweat and you burn those calories it is a workout. Sometimes pushing your bike to the petrol pump also a kind of an unexpected workout for you. While shifting into a new house and putting things together is an also a great way of working out as it keeps you busy and the need of the hour i.e. shifting is fulfilled. Romantic couples definitely know getting intimate is an another kind of workout which helps you burn calories, relieves you from headache, heart problems and keeps you happier and healthier. Walking short distances too can make a huge difference and keeps you fit. A workout can change your lives in many ways and keeps you a happier healthier person.
