Write short notes on Stakeholders.
Management is not accountable solely to Investors (Shareholders), but to other interest groups / constituents who are affected by corporate activity. The word “Stakeholders” describes such constituents of an organization – the individuals,; groups or other organizations which are affected by, or can affect the organization in pursuit of its goals. Stakeholders of a company would include-

  1. Employees,
  2. Trade Unions,
  3. Customers,
  1. suppliers,
  2. Shareholders and investors,
  3. Competitors,
  1. Government,
  2. Industry as a whole, and
  3. Society at large.
