1) International Day of Pink is celebrated on 9th April 2014 across the world to raise awareness to stop all forms of bullying and discrimination.
2) Discrimination comes in forms like racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, agism, anti-semitism which creates bullying, harassment, hate and violence.
3) The day is celebrating diversity and a commitment to being open-minded, accepting differences and learning to respect each other.
4) The message of the day is : anyone can bully, any can be victimized by bullying, but together we can stop it.
5) Each year on 9th April, millions of people wear pink to make a difference and that change starts with each one of us.
