1) Til Ladoos –


Indian Til ladooes are made by adding roasted sesame seeds to the jaggery syrup, flavoured with cardamom powder and shaped into Laddoo.

2) Patishapta –

Patishapta pitha is one of the most popular bengali sweet delicacy. Patishapta pitha is known for its creamy kheer and soft outer roll. It is a popular pitha or dessert. Enjoy with warm tea.

3) Sweet Pongal –

Sakkarai Pongal (sweet pongal) is made by Tamilians with rice and dal cooked with the ingredients like edible camphor, elachi, nutmeg making it smell and taste DIVINELY.

4) Til Chikkis –

Add cardamom powder and mix. Grease a dish with ghee and pour the sesame seeds and jaggery mixture into this and let it cool. Jaggery Til Chikki is ready.

5) Til Pitha –

Pitha is the most popular snacks of Assam. It is part and parcel of Assamese Bihu festival. A traditional East Indian sweet delicacy, coconut til pitha is prepared from rice flour, sesame(til) seeds and grated coconut.
