As the makers of Dhoom 3 have left no stone unturned by using above promotional tactics on social media pages to target college audience, the film distributors have hiked the ticket prices to Rs. 900 due to holiday season of Christmas and film being released in 2D and IMAX format.
While the film is made on a budget of Rs. 100 crore and would be releasing over 4,000 screens all over India, there is a possibility that the film may cross making Rs. 300 crore. Most of them think that this is the most awaited film of the year due to Aamir Khan, but isn’t there a possibility that the ticket price hike plan may backfire?

In the end, they announce that Tushar Kapoor will replace Uday Chopra in Dhoom 4.
Aamir Khan dies in the beginning of Dhoom 3 and it is Uday Chopra who makes the plan of grand robbery and teams up with Kamal Haasan. Kamal Haasan is the deceitful magician-cum-robber who reveals his identity at the end of the movie.
When we interacted with BMS students if they would be interested to pay sucha high price for Dhoom 3, boys said ‘we would prefer watching it in Torrent than in theatres’ while girls said ‘we would prefer going for shopping’ 😉
