Individual and Collective Induction:
Individual induction means giving induction programme to every new employee separately. It is individual approach. Individual induction approach. Individual orientation is likely to preserve individual differences and perspectives. Moreover, orienting each new employee separately is time-consuming as well as costly.
In collective orientation, new employees are taken together for induction prograrnme. Information, guidance, etc are given jointly to all employees at one time. Here, collective orientation approach is used. This method is convenient when new appointees are 10 or 20 or even more.
