Eid al-Fitr (Arabic: عيد الفطر‎ ʻĪd al-Fiṭr, IPA: [ʕiːd al fitˤr], “festival of breaking of the fast”), also called Feast of Breaking the Fast, the Sugar Feast, Bayram (Bajram), the Sweet Festival and the Lesser Eid, is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting (sawm). This year, it is going to be celebrated on 28th July 2014 (or a day between 28th to 1st August)

Rakhna Sambhal k tum chund khushiyan mere liye
Main laut k aaonga phir EID Manain gay…

Jo log EID ka chand nikalney ka intezar ker rahay hain,

Un k liye Itla’an Arz hai k wo aram karain
kion k mera aaj ghar se bahir nikalnay
ka koi irada nahin hai 🙂

Suhani dhoop barsat k baad,
Thori si hasi her baat k baad,

Usi tarah ho mubarak aap ko,
Yeh EID Ramadan k baad.
