Yes, you can give UPSC exam after completing your BMS. UPSC is Union Public Service Commission exam. It is mandatory to have a bachelor degree to appear for the UPSC exam.

The minimum education qualification required to appear for UPSC exam are as follows:
Candidates must have must their bachelor degree in any curriculum from any approved institution.
Candidates of last year of bachelor degree are also preferable for this exam.

The age criteria and relaxation regarding with Union Public Service Commission exams are below mentioned:-

21-30 years.
Relaxation:- 3 years, 5 years and 10 years are assumed for OBC, SC/ST an PH candidates.
Citizenship:- Must be Indian.

No. of attempts regarding with Union Public Service Commission exams are below:-
Open candidates:- 4.
OBC candidates:- 7.
SC/ST candidates:- Not assumed.
