Chartered Accountancy aspirants who had appeared for their CPT i.e. Common Proficiency Test exams in 2014 can expect their results to be declared in the 2nd or 3rd week of January 2015.
CPT is essential or can be said as the first level of CA course. For a candidate to clear the CPT exam, he has to score minimum 30 percentage in each individual section and 50 percent in aggregate overall sections.
The exam was conducted in 2 sessions : morning and evening. The morning session had Section A and Section B and the evening session has Section C and Section D.
CPT is an objective type multiple choice exam in which candidates can opt for Hindi medium questions as well.
