Limitation OF CONTROLLER:
It is also necessary that the limitation of Controller’s role imposed by the very nature of his work, must be borne in mind. Though the Controller helps in bringing together all phases of management, he does not pretend to solve the problems of production of marketing, he knows their nature and so can discuss in detail with all levels of management the financial implications of solutions they suggest.
