An Interview with Pravin Ravindra Randhire, TYBMS Sem 5 Topper, Vikas College of Arts, Science and Commerce (68%)
I am Pravin Randhire from Vidya Vikas College. I had participated in many events and festival of my college. We visited other college fests also and I have won many prizes in Presentation Competitions. I give the credit of my academic success to my College Professors. I started exams preparation from day 1. I had prepared my own timetable for exams and I used to study each subject for 1-2 hours every day. I had studied from my college notes given by the professors and also wrote the answers point-wise which can be related to the question. The easy subjects are Ethics and HRM. For case studies, you should read the case for 2-3 times and then you can find answers by yourself. If you do self-study properly then you do not need any coaching classes. I had joined classes only for SSF. My stress management technique is “whenever I feel I am not able to study or stressed out, I just relax for that moment and then again start studying. Just Chill Out and Study”. Industrial visits should be increased and assignments should be reduced in BMS as it helps us to gain more practical knowledge rather than doing paper work. Study from the beginning and you will not face any problems – is my success mantra.
