Mardi Gras is a festival which witnesses endless cyclone of feathers, costumes, beads and booze all over the world. The meaning of Mardi Gras is “Fat Tuesday” in French which has its origin in Europe. The celebration is spread from Rome across Europe to the colonies of New World. The traditions included are mask wearing, coconut painting, bead throwing which are widely practiced today.
