You know that there is something that stops you from doing what you want, be it doing what you love the most, picking up the carrier of your choice, something that you always wanted to do but never took a step. This little sensation that tugs you down in such situation is your THOUGHTS. Our thoughts decide our action, whether we should do or not depends on how our thoughts motivate us to do it. These evil thought have already over shadowed your will power, and the time you have realized it it’s too late. No matter what you do to stop these evil thoughts you can’t get over it as they have by far created a mental block in your mind. So let us identify few of these evil thoughts that trigger your success.
- I can’t, I don’t know
Before even starting anything or just by looking the very first thought that comes to our mind is I can’t do it, I don’t know what I should do. How can one say I can’t even before giving it a try? There nothing as such I can’t it’s only that we do not want to try. We all are not born with knowledge, it is adapted though hard work and determination.
- I’ll never be able to make it
Impossible I’ll never be able to make it, defeating one even before taking a step. By saying this you are letting down your capabilities. Look at it the way everything is possible that will make the task a lot easier because you know how you will feel about yourself once you do.
- It’s too hard
It may be hard but so what? Nothing is easy, not even life, you need to work hard to achieve even the smallest to the greatest thing on this earth. It may seem hard but it may not really be. Once you give a try you will realise it wasn’t even difficult in the first place.
- It’s too late, there’s no use now
By saying this you’re confronting your problem because you did not even wanted to do it, just trying to cover up the situation in your favour. It’s never too late to do anything, opportunities knock your door you just need t take control over it.
- I can’t stand on their expectations
What makes you think you can’t stand on their expectations? If you are handed a particular job that means you are capable enough to do it, and they believe in you that you will get the best out of it. Then why stop yourself on what others expect of you, you do your best.
- I can’t show this, it’s not up to the mark
Wanting things to be perfect is good but stopping yourself because you are not perfect is like putting your hard work into bins. What is perfect according to you? How will you be perfect if you let go half way? Nobody is perfect, practice leads to perfection.
- I don’t from where to start
There are so many ways ahead of you but you do not know what to choose. It’s like running a marathon and giving up before even running. The real problem just lies in choosing where to begin from. It’s better to start from somewhere rather than being nowhere.
- I’ll do it later
When will that later. To be honest our later never comes. We procrastinate and keep things piled up. There will be times when it will seem impossible to do finish those loads of work. It’s better to work now then later and see its benefits.
- I’m not good at anything, even if I’ll try I’ll make mistakes
Is that you know your future that you decided in prior that you’re going to make a mistake. Surely you’re likely to make mistakes everyone does but you need to keep moving forward to correct those mistakes and learn from them.
- I’m the same, nothing is going to change
You prefer saying this to keep yourself safe and secure from discouragement and failure. Instead say let’s give one more try.
If you feel these evil thoughts are pulling you down every time you give a try, then you must decide to let it go and move forward. It’s important to vanquish the Demons of evil thoughts and take control of your thoughts that decide your action. Try and erase words like no, never, not, can’t, from your dictionary and add a YES I can to it; nothing can stop you from achieving what you want.
