It’s an old saying that customer is the ‘king’ because he is the person on whose decision demand of any product or any service is dependent.
The purpose of a business organization is to achieve the objectives set out by its stakeholders, its shareholders, its employees and others. But among the most important players in this game are the customers of the business. No business can be successful if it ignores the needs of its customers.
