Obsolete
•When the item cannot be used in the product/ project due to changes that might have taken place in respect of dimensions, shape, colour etc, these are called obsolete items.
•Changes ay occur due to defect in product design, or shelf life etc.
•These components have to be scrapped/ disposed off.
