With Android ecosystem being present in the nooks and corner of the world, Indian company Micromax is not behind in the race. Its CANVAS flagships are constantly being updated to carter the needs of the Indian customer. Flashing a 5inch display and a 5 megapixel camera with a price point of 6999/- it gives competitors a run for their money.
SPECS HIGLIGHT – The Canvas A105 is a stylish looking dual-SIM phone. The biggest highlight of the Micromax Canvas A105 is the latest Android 4.4 Kitkat-out-of-the-box. Other than the latest running software, it features a respectable 5-inch display having a resolution of 480×800 pixels. The phone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of on-board storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a micro SD card slot. On the camera front, the phone comes with a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with a single LED Flash. Also, add a VGA quality front-facing shooter.
Verdict- Given a chance this phone is tempting but if one eyes for better performance and compensates for screen size one can better opt for Moto e – a spectacular device for that prize point with no questions asked or the Iris X1 features a 4.5-inch ( 480 x 854) pixels resolution, a 1.2GHz quad-core Broadcom BCM23550 processor with 1GB of RAM, 4GB of on-board storage, a microSD card (up to 32GB), an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with dual-LED flash, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and a large 1800mAh battery. If you can stretch your budget, the Android 4.4 Kitkat powered Lava Iris X1 is undoubtedly the better phone.
