US Airways and Frontier Airlines are the worst or you can say unsatisfying carrier companies in the United States, according to a released survey by J.D. Power.
The study, was based on responses from 11,370 passengers who flew on major North American carriers in the past year, had done a survey regarding passenger satisfaction with cost and fees, in-flight services, flight crew, aircraft, boarding, deplaning, and other factors.
US Airways was at the bottom , just a rank below United Airlines in the field of traditional carriers, and Frontier Airlines last among low-cost carriers.
Alaska Airlines and JetBlue Airways are the most well-liked airlines regarding traditional and low-cost carriers.
