Experimental Design
Experimental design involves obtaining the proper information within an acceptable accuracy range for a cost that does not exceed the value of the information. It ensures that each experimental treatment is used within each classification of test units and each classification of extraneous forces is applied equally to all test units
Experimental design originated in the field of agricultural research R. A. Fisher made significant contribution by stating that the practices prevalent for the measurement of output from plots of land could not provide unbiased and unambiguous findings Now experimental design is used in all areas of business
