Capital resources:
Capital resources are all man-made factors of production used to produce goods and services.
This includes buildings, rail road cars, dams, machinery and equipment, and inventories of materials and finished equipments. These mostly emerge from the society refraining from consuming all of its output so as to save and invest (savings). Capital is closely related to technology which advances through inventions during a man’s struggle with scarcity. So technology becomes embodied in capital resources. Since its scarce, it commands a price- interest
Here capital does not include money, stocks, bonds and other pecuniary paper forms of claims to wealth. Both natural and capital resources are called non-human resources.
