Mumbai University has released a circular on 20th August 2015 relating to the Additional examination’s recommendation made by the Review Committee that has been accepted by the Academic council at its meeting held in June 2015.

BMS students of FY and SY are hereby informed that the additional examination for Semester 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be conducted only for those who have remained absent on the ground of medical/participation in sports/cultural/NCC camps, couching camps for sports and cultural activities etc. as per R.8439 (which was effected from academic year 2013-14 be repeated and earlier ordinance/regulations 8917 may again be brought to effect.

FY and SYBMS students who fail in some or all the courses can appear for A.T.K.T examination will be conducted only in the month of October and April of every year for all semester i.e. Sem 1, 2, 3 and 4.

It is also informed that the system of scaling down for BMS is scraped.

It is further requested to all colleges that, they can arrange the examinations of Sem I and II in morning session and Semester III and IV examinations in afternoon session on alternate days.
