Labour Turnover
Labour turnover is an index denoting change in the labour force for an organisation during a specified period. In every industry, works leave their job a new workers have to be appointed to replace them. The ratio of the replaced workers to the number of works is the Labour Turnover Ratio. If more workers leave the factory, the turnover would be high, and vice versa. A high turnover is a costly affair and must be avoided.
