If I want to work in HR / Finance field, which specialized course to opt after BMS?
After BMS, you can take up MBA / PGDM / MMS in Finance or HR field. If you want to take up job immediately then you can explore internship / part-time jobs / full time job in HR or Finance.
For your information, HR and Finance are 2 completely different career options and you will have to make a choice between both. You would have to choose the one which interests you the most.
If you have taken a HR / Finance full-time job after BMS, then you can take up short-term courses / diploma courses from distance learning institutes in HR / finance or you can take up executive MBA program after few years of experience.
