‘Complex Buying Behaviour’ is shown by consumers when they perceive significant brand differences and they are highly involved in the purchase situation. Such a situation may result because the product is expensive, ego intensive, risky in some way, or infrequently purchased. The consumer does not possess any meaningful information about the product and is in need of information. He/she makes a well-considered purchase.
