When passengers and goods are carried by air, the following documents are issued:
Passenger Tickets: For carriage of passengers, the carrier must deliver a passenger ticket which must contain the following particulars.
(1) The place and date of issue
(2) The place of departure and of destination
(3) The agreed stopping places, but the carrier may reserve the right to alter the stopping places in case of necessity and the exercise of this right would not deprive the carriage of its international character;
(4) The name and address of the carrier or carriers;
(5) A statement that the carriage is subject to the rules relating to liability contained in the First Schedule [Rule 3(1)]
The passenger ticket shall constitute prima facie evidence of the conclusion and conditions of the contract of carriage.
