Waiting List: Waiting list maintained by a business firm is one of the sources of recruitment. Many business firms prepare waiting list of candidates who have already been interviewed and considered suitable for employment, but could not be appointed for lack of vacancies. When vacancies arise, the candidates in the waiting list are appointed.
