Specific plans are plans for specified or particular purposes. Preparation of specific plans js a difficult task, because the methods to be de~eril1ined for specific purposes have to be specially planned and formulated.
Routine plans ware plans which are routine or mechanical are called routine plans. Preparation of routine plans is not difficult. In the case of the routine plans, the methods determined for accomplishing the objectives of the organization will remain the same during a particular period without major changes
