Registration With Export Promotion Councils
In order to enable the exporter to obtain benefits/concessions under the Foreign Trade Policy, the exporter is required to register himself with an appropriate export promotion agency by obtaining registration-cum-membership certificate. (RCMC). If the export product is that it is not covered by any EPC, RCMC in respect thereof may be issued by FIEO.
An application for registration should be accompanied by a self certified copy of the Importer-Exporter Code number issued by the regional licensing authority concerned and bank certificate in support of the applicants financial soundness. The RCMC shall be valid for 5 years ending 31st March of the licensing year.
